AI Voice & Receptionist
Answers and qualifies every call and inbound lead in seconds, books meetings, and never misses after-hours.
Missed calls. Inquiries that sat overnight. Quotes that went cold. Kinetiq builds systems that answer in seconds, follow up on their own, and run quietly on the tools you already use — so the revenue comes back and your team gets its week back.
Free site read · Nothing new to learn · Oceanside, CA — working nationwide
Or start with your own site — we'll read it and tell you what we'd automate first.
Free, no email required, and you get the whole thing. Takes about a minute — it actually reads the pages.
What we read on your site
The read above came from your public pages alone. Half an hour on the phone gets at the part a website can't show — where inquiries actually come from, what happens to them, and which of these is worth doing first.
Book a 30-minute callWhat we automate
Six systems that plug into your business and start replacing manual work from day one.
Answers and qualifies every call and inbound lead in seconds, books meetings, and never misses after-hours.
Texts and emails new leads the moment they come in, so none go cold.
Automatically re-engages "not yet" leads and revives old, dead ones sitting in your CRM.
Finds net-new customers and builds a referral pipeline of partners on autopilot.
Connects your tools — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, calendars, email/SMS — into one automated flow.
Tailored AI assistants that handle the repetitive work your team shouldn't have to.
How it works
A working session, then a written map of where inquiries come in, what happens to each one, and where they stop. Yours to keep either way, and it comes off the build if you go ahead.
One page: what gets built, what it costs, what we need from you, when it goes live. Nothing named in that scope ever comes back as a change order.
Everything runs in a sandbox against test data first. You watch it handle real scenarios before a single message reaches a real customer.
The monthly covers monitoring, fixes, script changes as you learn what works, and the platform costs underneath. Things break — the point of the monthly is that they get fixed without a conversation about money.
Business texting registration takes one to three weeks with the carriers. Cold-email domain warm-up takes two to three. Both are approvals nobody controls, and both are why an honest timeline says weeks even when the software is finished. We file on day one so they run while we build.
Why Kinetiq
We're not here to sell you AI. We're here to remove the busywork slowing your team down and put revenue back in the pipeline.
No rip-and-replace. We build on top of the CRM, calendar, and channels you already use.
Fast, focused launches that show measurable results before you commit to scale.
Your customer data stays yours. Transparent architecture, no vendor lock-in.
Systems that ship, run reliably, and get better every week — not demos on a shelf.
The arithmetic
We're not going to put a percentage on this page and hope you believe it. Put your own profit figure in, pick the size of build you're weighing up, and the answer is arithmetic you can check.
Not revenue — what's left after you've paid for the work.
Roughly where each package lands.
Monitoring, fixes and changes.
extra closed jobs across the first year — total, not per month — to cover the whole thing
is the pace that works out to, spread evenly across the twelve months
Year one is the build plus twelve months. These are working figures, not a quote — your actual number comes out of the audit. Nothing here assumes what our systems will do for you; it only tells you what would have to be true for the spend to make sense. If the number looks unreachable for your business, that's a useful answer and it's free.
How it's packaged
You can start with one. Each runs on top of what you already have — your number, your CRM, your calendar, your inbox. Nothing gets replaced and nobody on your team learns a new app.
System 1 · Inbound
Answering & speed-to-lead
A voice agent picks up what you'd otherwise miss — after hours, mid-job, when the line is busy. It asks your qualifying questions, then transfers a hot caller to you or books the appointment.
System 2 · Follow-up
Nurture & reactivation
Quotes that went quiet, leads that never got a second call, the CRM list nobody has touched in a year. Worked on a schedule, in your voice, stopping the moment someone replies.
System 3 · Outbound
Lead-gen & referrals
Built last, deliberately. Outbound into a leaky funnel just pours more leads through the same hole — and sending domains need weeks of warm-up first. Start early, launch later.
Most start with System 2 — the leads are already in your CRM, and nothing external has to be approved before it can run.
Pricing
Every build is a one-time fee plus a monthly, and both depend on the same three things: how many systems you want, how many of your tools they have to touch, and how much volume runs through them. A two-person shop and a twelve-truck operation don't get the same number, so we don't publish one. The discovery audit produces yours in writing, and it comes off the build if you go ahead.
One of the three, on one channel, wired into one CRM.
One-time build plus a monthly, both quoted to your scope.
Answering plus follow-up — the combination most businesses actually need.
One-time build plus a monthly, both quoted to your scope.
Inbound, follow-up and outbound, plus the domain and registration work outbound requires.
One-time build plus a monthly, both quoted to your scope.
Not ready to be scoped? The discovery audit is $300 to $500 and you keep the written map whether or not you hire us to build anything.
| Part of the build | What it covers | Typical share |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery & mapping | The audit session, the written map, the scope document | 10 – 15% |
| Agent design & scripting | Your qualifying questions, the voice, the edge cases, the handoff rules | 20 – 25% |
| Integration work | CRM fields, calendar, phone number, forms, the write-back logic | 25 – 30% |
| Testing | Sandbox runs against test data, then your review before anything goes live | 15 – 20% |
| Launch & handover | Cutover, the runbook, training your team on what to expect | 10 – 15% |
Third-party platform costs — telephony, the voice agent, the automation platform, email sending — are billed to you at cost and shown on the invoice. We don't mark them up, and you own every account.
Fixed scope, fixed price. If we underestimated the work, that's our problem to absorb.
Accounts, numbers, data and workflows are in your name from day one. Leaving is a password handover, not a migration.
No annual lock-in on the monthly. Thirty days' notice, and the systems stay yours.
Who you'd be working with
Kinetiq Automations is me. When you send the form, I read it. When something breaks at 6pm, I'm the one fixing it. That's the trade — you don't get an account team, you get the person who built it.
I build the same three systems over and over, which is the point: the parts are proven, and what changes between clients is the script, the integrations and the rules. I'd rather do a narrow thing properly than list twelve services I've done twice.
What I won't do: quote you a percentage lift I can't back up, sell you outbound before your inbound works, or put you on a twelve-month contract to hide the fact that month three is where the value shows up.
